RURAL-LAB will promote healthier and more active rural communities through upcycled micro-gyms, local coach training, community sport sessions and inclusive winter activities.
Key targets include:
🏋️ 10 upcycled Micro-Gyms / Health Stations
👥 70+ local coaches and facilitators
🏃 300+ community sport sessions
🌱 800–900 people reached
Together, we aim to create a sustainable and transferable model for rural wellbeing, inclusion and grassroots sport across Europe.
