The Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme supports projects that protect and promote European rights and values, strengthen democratic participation and contribute to open, equal and inclusive societies based on the rule of law. (European Commission)
At TUDOKIS, we see CERV as an important framework for strengthening civil society, encouraging active citizenship, promoting equality and creating stronger connections between people, communities and institutions across Europe.
Through international partnerships, awareness-raising, community activities, research, training and stakeholder engagement, we aim to contribute to projects that create meaningful and sustainable social impact.
Our CERV Areas
Citizens’ Engagement
Supporting citizens to participate more actively in democratic and civic life, exchange perspectives and engage with issues affecting their communities and Europe.
Activities may include public dialogue, community engagement, awareness campaigns, workshops, participatory activities and international exchanges. Citizens’ engagement and participation is one of the official strands of the CERV Programme. (European Commission)
Equality & Rights
Promoting equality, non-discrimination, fundamental rights and equal opportunities.
TUDOKIS is interested in projects that strengthen inclusion, diversity, participation and awareness of rights while addressing discrimination and barriers faced by different groups in society. The official CERV structure includes an Equality, Rights and Gender Equality strand. (European Commission)
Networks & Civil Society Cooperation
Strong civil society organisations and international networks are essential for democratic and inclusive societies.
TUDOKIS supports cooperation between NGOs, educational institutions, public bodies and other stakeholders to exchange knowledge, strengthen organisational capacity and develop long-term European partnerships. CERV also supports civil society organisations working at local, regional and transnational levels to promote EU rights and values. (European Commission)

Working With TUDOKIS
TUDOKIS is open to cooperation with civil society organisations, municipalities, educational institutions, research organisations, public authorities and other European partners developing CERV initiatives.
We are particularly interested in projects focused on citizens’ participation, equality, rights, inclusion, democracy, community engagement and civil society cooperation.
