Our Team

Our team brings together professionals with diverse backgrounds in higher education, project management, international cooperation, culture, sport and organisational development. This multidisciplinary experience allows TUDOKIS to approach projects from different perspectives and to combine academic knowledge with practical implementation.

Team members have experience in working with educational institutions, civil society organisations and international partners, as well as in coordinating activities, developing project ideas and supporting cross-border cooperation.

By combining strategic planning, project management, training, communication and partnership development, our team works to deliver well-structured initiatives with practical and sustainable outcomes. We value collaboration, professionalism, innovation and continuous learning in all areas of our work.

Dr. Abdulkerim YAVUZASLAN

President & Founder Dr. Abdulkerim Yavuzaslan is the President and Founder of TUDOKIS. He has experience in higher education, European projects, international cooperation and organisational development. At TUDOKIS, he focuses on strategic development, project design, international partnerships and cooperation with universities, NGOs and other institutions.

Dr. Ahmet BARISCIL

Dr. Ahmet Bariscil is a co-founder of TUDOKIS with more than 20 years of experience in cultural and sports programmes. At TUDOKIS, he focuses on corporate relations, partnership development and international cooperation.

Zsuzsanna Kiss

Zsuzsanna Kiss is a Hungarian native who speaks English and Turkish fluently. She is an accomplished athlete with medals in several sports disciplines. She actively contributes to the association’s work in sports and sustainability and currently serves as the vice president of the association.

Ahmet CAKIR

Project Manager Ahmet Cakir is a Project Manager at TUDOKIS, supporting the planning, coordination and implementation of national and international projects. His work focuses on project organisation, partner communication, activity follow-up and ensuring the effective delivery of project objectives.

György Jakab

György Jakab is a board member of the association. A native Hungarian speaker, he is also fluent in French, English, and Turkish at a near-native level. Within the association, he is responsible for project development and contributes to creating new initiatives and collaborations.

Benedek Nagy

Benedek Nagy is a Ph.D. candidate at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). Within the association, he is involved in project development and coordinates volunteer activities.
